All regular faculty members from the Faculty of Human & Social Dvelopment are eligible to vote.
The role of FGS Council is to report to and make recommendations to the University Senate by way of the appropriate Senate standing committees. FGS Council facilitates and enhances communication among academic units with graduate programs. The role of elected graduate representatives on FGS Council is to confer with the graduate student body, provide information to FGS Council, and aid in the decision making process through voting during FGS Council meetings.
Graduate students registered in a University of Victoria graduate degree program in the Fall 2020 academic term are eligible to run and to vote in this election. Visiting research students and non-degree students are not eligible to run nor to vote.
Election of three (3) students by students to the Senate for the 2020/2021 academic year. Voters may vote for up to three (3) candidates.
